WHAT IS SCF2019?
The Smart City Festival 2019 (SCF19) is a collaborative project by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF), the SmartCity. Education Initiative (SCEI) and partner organizations. SCF18 is supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Key stakeholders are getting together in Belexpo Belgrade on October, 15th for an exceptional day filled with talks, panel discussions, workshops, and networking. Belexpo is divided into seamless sections so everyone can find a suitable part of the festival for himself.
We are expecting key stakeholders from the government, city mayors regional municipalities and representatives of the state organizations, companies, startups and entrepreneurs to showcase their products and ideas, as well as citizens and consumers benefiting from all of our efforts in everyday life.
