Nenad is also a business growth consultant, trainer and manager with over 20 years of professional experience in various Serbian and international companies. Has an Executive MBA from Cotrugli Business School and a degree in organizational sciences from Faculty of Organizational Sciences on Belgrade University. In 2001, he received scholarship from Cyprus Government and attended Customer Oriented Quality Management program in Nicosia.​

Nenad is founder of EDGE, strategic growth consulting and training company. Company's mission was to help ambitious companies achieve sustainable, profitable growth by providing cutting-edge knowledge, methodologies and tools. It delivered unique consulting and training programs on strategy, marketing, innovations, management and sales topics. EDGE was also the first company that has introduced webinars to Serbian market back in 2006. EDGE was also an exclusive partner of Value Innovations, Inc. for eight countries of South Easte Europe region. Due to the ownership change, Nenad has left the company in November 2017.​

Previously, Nenad was Chief Operating Officer of the first Belgrade Design Week in 2006 and a member of organization teams of BDW in 2007 and 2013.​

Active in sports, he is playing tennis and running long distance races, with full marathon result of 3 hours and 58 minutes.
