Andreja Gluščević is Lead Project Manager at PALGO smart and general Open Data expert specialized in working with Local Self-government in the field of data collecting, data publishing and promotion of data reuse. She studied History at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. Her understanding and knowledge of the public administration system, especially the Local Self-government, comes from intense contacts and cooperation with decision-makers and representatives of local administration during previous project engagements. She is one of the few with expertise is in Google Transit (GTFS). She is working tightly with FNF as a lecturer and promoter of Open Data within the Smart City Education Initiative, and also with UNDP and GIZ ORF. Andreja is a member of the Working Group for Open Data on the national level.
