Nevena practices media, intellectual property, and IT law. She specializes in online media, media dispute resolution, as well as various legal aspects of entrepreneurship and creative industries development.

As of 2013, Nevena is a part of SHARE Foundation as its Coordinator for freedom of expression and online media, and as of 2015, she is a member of the Appeals Commission of the Press Council and the Arbitrator of the Dispute Resolution Commission for the registration of national Internet domains at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. As of 2013, she has been collaborating with the University of Oxford, where she serves as a Coordinator of the international competition “Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition”, consisting of 7 regional rounds on 4 continents, and international rounds held at the University of Oxford. During 2012, she worked at Stojković Prekajski law office, where she started her career in law.
