Srđan Verbić is the director and co-founder of the Observatory for Social Innovation, an organization whose goals are to promote data-driven innovation and especially education as the most important social innovation. He is employed at the Faculty of FEFA in Belgrade where he teaches applied data science. His primary fields of interest are data analysis and scientific education. He holds a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence. From 2014 to 2016 he was Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development.
