Dusan has completed his higher education and specialization abroad (the Harvard Kennedy School and École nationale supérieure d'architecture Paris-Malaquais), while he gained working experience in Serbia, working on international, regional, national and local projects and programs, cooperating for the last 17 years with the leading international and European institutions and organizations. As a strategy and sustainability planner & policy expert, Dušan has managed and participated in projects in the field of public policies, good governance, sustainable development, strategic planning and economic development, smart urban development and housing, climate change and energy efficiency, education, etc.
