Victoria Boeck

Victoria Boeck is a research associate of open data at the Technologiestiftung Berlin. There she leads the project “Open Data Informationsstelle” (“Open Data InfoPoint” / ODIS), which offers employees of Berlin’s city administration direct support with the publishing and usage of open data. Through the Technologiestiftung, she is also involved in a variety of digital innovation projects in Berlin that revolve around the usage of open data and open source technology to help the city’s government better meet citizen needs. Prior to working for the Technologiestiftung, Victoria worked on DIGIWHIST, which was an EU Horizon 2020-funded project that used open data to analyze corruption risk in public procurement proceedings. Victoria has a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
