In almost 20 years long professional career, Ognjenka Lalović performed various job titles up to today’s position of Director of Economy Department in the frame of Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ms. Lalovic has been involved in numerous activities and focused projects related to boosting of B&H economy competitiveness and internationalization, SMEs policy advocacy, domestic and international projects involving benefits for SMEs in the country and the Region.

Author and co-author of a respectable number of expert articles and studies, i.e. 'Free Trade-CEFTA non-tariff barriers' (Lj. Tesmanovic and O.Lalovic, Belgrade, 2019), Internationalization of SMEs in BiH – Towards harmonization of policies and support instruments (Banja Luka, 2021), etc.

In daily work performance, Ms. Lalovic's personal goals are to give full meaning of team work and dedication to fulfillment of tasks but at the same time communicating and making bridges between people who are the essence of everything in the world.
