Technologist, facilitator, and trainer

Toni Richard Crisolli is a technologist, facilitator, and trainer with two decades of experience in stakeholder education in Easterm Europe. He works with the the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom Western Balkans Project, as Senior Project Manager on themes of a digital open society.

Toni is an expert in blended- and e-learning and founder of ESEM, the first online-training platform for civil society change-makers.

In 2014 co-founded the Smart City Education Initiative SCEI and the Smart City Festival, which are leading hubs for smart city stakeholder in the Western Balkans - offering knowledge-transfer, match-making, and education for stakeholders involved in city innovation.

In his private time, Toni is an active content-creator, streamer, community-manager.
